Ezzy Flight: a Collaboration Born from Respect and Experience

Ezzy Flight Wing: a Collaboration We’re Proud to Be Part Of

Some collaborations feel special from the beginning. That’s exactly what happened when David Ezzy invited us to be part of a new project: creating a wing under the Ezzy name.
For us at Flight Sails, it was more than an opportunity, it was an honor.

David is someone we’ve admired for years. Not just for his unmatched experience in sail design, but for the way he works: with consistency, care, and zero compromises on quality. That mindset aligns perfectly with our own.

From Maui to Tenerife: Building Something That Lasts

The Ezzy Flight project began as a true collaboration, combining David’s precision and experience with our hands-on design work and daily testing conditions in Tenerife.
While David defined the structure and construction across sizes, we focused on shapes, balance, and how the wing feels on the water.

But in truth, every decision was shared, tested, refined and reworked again when needed. That’s what it means to work with someone like David: you learn, constantly.

Two Generations and Still Improving

The first Ezzy Flight was strong, stable, and incredibly accessible. A solid base that many riders trusted.
Now, with the second generation, we’ve been able to fine-tune key aspects to deliver a wing that’s even more direct, more responsive while keeping the same Ezzy DNA of control, strength, and reliability.

More Than a Product

What makes this collaboration special isn’t just the wing itself.
It’s the process. The long calls. The test sessions. The decisions made with care. The feeling of working alongside someone who’s built a legacy and being invited to contribute to it.

For us, Ezzy Flight isn’t just a name. It’s something we’re proud to stand behind.

Thank You

To everyone who believes in this project, thank you.
And to David, for the trust and the partnership: it means a lot.
